All items are exchangeable and returnable if unworn, clean and returned within 30 days after your products are delivered.

We will cover all fees for return and exchange if it's due to quality issue, such as broken before use.

However, the purchaser is responsible for shipping fees if the exchanges or returns are not caused by quality issues, such as weight, colors, materials, workmanship, etc.

All exchanges and returns must be shipped back to the address provided by the website assistant.

Replacement will be shipped within 2 business day if the replacement doesn't include handmade item. Replacement will be shipped within 3 days or longer if it's including handmade items, it all depands on the quantity.

Refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original purchasing account after return is delivered.
