Refund Return Exchange Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Non-exchangeable Items:

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

  • Downloaded Digital Art/Files

  • Customized Items

 

Shipping Returns and Fees

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we offer.

  • Please pack the return items carefully. You may also use the original packaging, including the stuffing and box, for added protection.

  • We will cover all fees for returns or exchanges if the issue is due to a quality defect (e.g., items that are broken before use). We only accept USPS for returns in this condition.

  • If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue—such as concerns with weight, color, material, or workmanship—the purchaser is responsible for the shipping fees. You may choose any shipping service you prefer in this condition.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges sent in envelope mail. All returns and exchanges must be shipped in a parcel with a tracking number for verification and processing.

  • Recommended shipping method: USPS. 

 

Exchanges

  • Replacement items will be shipped within 2 business days unless they include handmade items. Replacements involving handmade items will be shipped within 3 days or longer, depending on the quantity.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late  Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
